What to do when you are having trouble receiving benefitbay®'s e-mails.

A Whitelist is a list of e-mail addresses or domain names from where an e-mail blocking program will allow messages to be received. E-mail blocking programs also called spam filters, are used to prevent most unsolicited e-mail messages from getting into subscribers' inboxes. But these programs are not perfect.

One of the fixes to ensure you will receive all your important e-mails is to add a company's URL address to a Whitelist. In order to do this, an employer would contact their IT person and have benefitbay®'s URL and e-mail addresses added to their approved sender's list.
